New layout
To start off the new year, I changed the layout of the right column, inspired by Paddy's layout. Hope you like it.

I like the new look. And I have a question: How can I get the widget you use for "Latest comments...."?
Looks great! - thanks for the mention - I've had a bit too much New Years Cheer - just aswell it's only once a year!

I took the RSS feed from the comments and truncated them using newsgator.com
Newsgator also allows you to customize it a bit, and as output gives you a script, which I put in the HTML widget.
